Beth Webb is a nationally certified Yoga instructor and relaxation therapist with 10 years experience working with people and groups of all ages and diversities. She has developed a method of delivery combining Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, YogaFit and relaxation techniques using Body and Breath that enhance physical, mental and emotional fitness. Beth began developing her current B and B (Body and Breath) Method in 1997 after several years of practice and instruction from the masters of Yoga. Her unique delivery and combination of techniques makes Yoga practice available to any individual regardless of prior experience or physical abilities. She creates an atmosphere of fun, enjoyment and learning in which participants become creatively involved in developing their personal health program. Beth personally teaches 15 to 20 classes each week in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Classes vary from All Levels Yoga, to Empowering Yoga to Partner Yoga. She also schedules many private sessions each week for individuals who like massage, hot rocks and other relaxation techniques from Beth's own healing hands. Prior to developing B & B Yoga, Beth was a nationally touring instructor for Fortune 500 companies specializing in sales force training. As a certified Zig Ziglar Instructor, she has utilized many motivational techniques from Stephen Covey to Dale Carnegie in training thousands of people. She had always included some Yoga and stretching in workshops to help keep participants fresh and actively involved. These Yoga moments were received so well and became in such demand, that she decided to devote all her practice to developing the physical and mental fitness of individuals and groups. She and her husband, nationally recognized speaker, musician, workshop facilitator and motivational consultant Bill Webb, have managed their own business since 1995 organizing, promoting and delivering top quality life changing services and products to thousands of people. Beth is actively involved in new thought, philosophies, Yoga and healthy lifestyles.
